At mātoruha, each product is custom-made only after you place your order, so general returns and refunds are limited.

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery for unused items with original tags, subject to stock availability and a nominal ₹50 exchange fee.
  • For damaged or defective products, please report within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos for replacement or refund.
  • Wrong size or non-defective returns are not accepted—you will need to place a new order.
  • Items lost or delayed in transit will be replaced or refunded after a specified period.
  • Minor color variations due to printing are normal and not refundable.
  • Please inspect your package on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
  • Reverse pickup is available in most areas; for others, you may need to courier the item back (with reimbursement up to ₹200).
  • Second exchanges are generally not offered; if approved, a ₹250 fee applies.

  • Delivery usually takes 2-5 days domestically and 6-12 days for international orders but may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
  • If your pincode is unserviceable, orders will be held and reshipped once service resumes; no refunds are issued for this.
  • For damaged or misprinted orders, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return pickups must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Customers should ensure shipments are received safely and report issues promptly, especially if a package is marked delivered but not received.
