Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery for unused items with original tags, subject to stock availability and a nominal ₹50 exchange fee.
For damaged or defective products, please report within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos for replacement or refund.
Wrong size or non-defective returns are not accepted—you will need to place a new order.
Items lost or delayed in transit will be replaced or refunded after a specified period.
Minor color variations due to printing are normal and not refundable.
Please inspect your package on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
Reverse pickup is available in most areas; for others, you may need to courier the item back (with reimbursement up to ₹200).
Second exchanges are generally not offered; if approved, a ₹250 fee applies.
